JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The government has allocated a budget for salary increases of United Indonesia Cabinet ministers II in the Budget Revenue and Expenditure (Budget) 2010. The budget is entered in the postal reform of the bureaucracy that allocated Rp 700 billion.

He explained, remuneration of state officials can not be separated from the reform of government bureaucracy. He said this budget to improve the performance of government bureaucracy. With the reform of the bureaucracy, the government is required to achieve governance and better quality.
"Remuneration system is not only today, but part of improving the quality of bureaucracy. Remuneration is only the tip, but how to measure performance," he said.
Actually, this remuneration plan has been designed since 2006 and 2007.
